Is the company is fraud or genuine

Sir,

i have got a message on my mobile that my number has won $ 1 million usd in 2009 mobile numb draw... and asked to claim that money... email our details to the mail... [email protected]... i have mailed them and also got the response saying that to send my id proof for the confirmation and asked which way they want the transaction either through bank-bank TT transfer or international cashier cheque and i have replied them accordingly... but sfter that no reply... please confirm that this company is genuine or fraud... if there is any harm from this company because we gave our id proofs... so please varify and let us know... thank you with regards...
