today (16.06.09) i have received a message from TA-OTDC@ stating my mobile number has won $3, 000, 000 and one pin number also given and to claim send a e-mail to [email protected]. First of all, i would like to know how the company got my mobile number and without my permission how they can include in the ongoing draw. i am a subscriber of bsnl and how bsnl would have given my number to the marketing companies.
Not only this, i am receiving so many unwanted messages everyday. how it could be avoided.
please clarify.
