One of my friend has given advance to Orange property to book a flat in their Township near by the airport. They assured that within 2 months the agreement will be made and construction will be started. But after 4 months also, they have not proceeded further. If we ask for the amount also, there are no proper reply. They have done this to so many persons and FIR filed against them. If we go to court how long it will take and please tell me what is the procedure?
