Fake mails

I got a message saying that i have won 10 lac pounds in some draw, asking me to mail to an address. these kind of mails and messages keep coming, these cyber criminal basteards should be arrested and should be given an extra ordinary punishment for playing with people's emotions, i hope placing the complaint here helps . details can be given for this complint if asked.
