Clarification of award

I have received a sms on 24th 0f august. It contain that I have won three millon united states dollars. They said that for information, kindly mail at [email protected], I have mailed and also payed 55, 078 Indian rupees. I don't know that is it correct. The bank asked me two lacs something for my fund transfer. I want to know that is it correct or not?
