With reference to the attached letter, dated 10/01 again reminding and requesting your good office.
I had purchased a land [The allotment of plot numbers are: 118/119/161/162/163.Total area is =12, 000 Sq.ft] in your SatyaVihar Project on 10th January.
I am out of orissa state in company job and my brother communicates with all executive members of your office for my land possession several times since last year to till date and occasionally me requested by SMS for my land to your executive staffs as it's my rights but finally I fade up and as per my brother & guardian advice I have stopped all correspondence further.
Oricon has promised last year many times land demarcation will be given by: Nov/Decemr/ February/March & May's IST week but sorry nothing implemented at all, month and day passed with all false oaths. As per telephonic conversation with Mr Daitari Mohanty, he told me all plot's demarcation have been completed including road and few customers build wall even your (H.Rahman) land fully demarcated & promised to show my exact land position possession by next week (April last week) to my brother: A.Rahman and my brother contact with Mr. D.Mohanty but Mr. D.Mohanty have taken few days excuse & will take to my brother for land's exact demarcation possession will show heard from my brother but not yet done.
My personal requests kindly finalize my land issue and hope you will get customers more in your business; by the way I have lost a lots of opportunity, time, health, etc & writing this request last time for my rights.
Hope you will finalize & give exact land position soon.
