Misguiding by Nokia Executive of Sheetla WLL Service Centre

Sir,

I want to complain against Sheetla WLL Service Centre. I have checked my mobile 6300 through sheetal wll service. The executive said that your mobile is out of warranty because your handset found liqjid damage display ic side, r/w/r. And executive has taken Rs.110 for to checking against bil no 7671/18.02.09 IMEI No.353508029912404, after 15 min he said that the display of your mobil is demage and we have change therefore you have to pay Rs.2700/-. But when i checked from outsider. He said your display is 100% ok. And i have pay only Rs.100/- to the outsider, right now my cell is perfectly ok. So i want to inform that the executive which u have appointed to this particular service centre is misguiding to the customer and charging so much money. And he has no manner how to talk with customer. So Please look into the matter.
