I purchased eight orient pspo ceiling fans from authorized agent six years back. Within guarantee period of two years almost all fans gave slow speed problem which were sorted out by the company. Now, after four years four fans are giving noise/slow speed problem. Mr. Gagandeep Manager was contacted but he is helpless. It is strange for me that Mr. Birla, s brand name company fans are going faulty in such a short period. What is the use of purchanging brand name company fans at higher rates than local brand fans?
