my father name is Sri Dasarathi Majhi, At :- Radhange. Post:-Dolsahi Dist:- Bhadrak ORISSA Pin:-756127 Bearing the BPL No. 94/97. but i want to connect the electricity having the name of Grammina Kutar Jyoti, what is the proceedure please to inform me.
