My Orkut account has been hacked

PROFILE HACKED

One of the person hacked my profile ON 1ST FEB and was asking for my cell no. and email add...

This is not safe at all and not expected too. I want some one to take strict action againts this...

I came to know because I also had a community under my name and when I checked that community he transferred that community under his name...

and i searched for that A/C in others community because the hacher asked my friend for the cell no and not any of my other friend so i started searchin for that profile in all my communities where i post my comments and finally i got him here...

The reason i came to know he hacked the profile is because of this community which he gained ownership of without onwers (my) permission.

But after that I gained this community ownership again by taking help of my coonwner n deleted. but I cannot delete my Orkut account.

I want to delete that account because he changed my secondary email address too. I can't changed my password, i got error message that this account has been disable. But still my orkut account is alive n available. I don't remember all information which is asking by Google in fill form

Please do something and take strict action against this hacking system.
