Dear sir/madam

this is for the second time that m complaining about orkut. My problem is still not solved.when i send scrap to someone who is not my friend a message is written 'sending scraps is temporarily disabled'.

i want u to solve my problem so that i can use orkut in a better way.

i expect a fast action from you.
