Ortel Broadband Connection - Bhubaneswar, Orissa
Worst Customer Care Service

Hi,

This is to inform you that I have taken Ortel broadband connection 15 days back. I have paid the full money.

Then no body from Ortel come to my residence for set up the modem. Till now I am unable to use internet 15 days after taking connection.

Tried 1000 times the customer care number but not able to talk with customer care person once.

Do not know what to do.
