Requesting to withdraw my PF amount

I had requested to withdraw my PF amount around 12 months ago. Still now I didn't get money. I personally processed and sent documents application to Banglore PF office around 12 months ago. My PF number is KN/BN/35001/58 . Provide me status of the banlce amount with my account and kindly confirm the period for getting withdraw request.
