PF not credited

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had submitted the PF claim on 18th June through my company H.O at Banglore and I was working at Kochi office. It's been more than 10 months that I resigned from the company, but my PF payment is still not credited to my account. Unfortunately I don't have my slips with me, so kindly help me to withdraw my PF account.

Available details I'm giving below:-

1. Company Name: Outsource Partners Int'l, Banglore.

2. My EMP ID No. : C1044

3. My Joining date ie PF started on Aug to Feb.
