Several Outstation registered Autorickshaws are driving around the Bangalore city without any proper documents, Autorickshaws with especially MH Registration, KL Registration are all creating nuisance here in Bangalore with Rash Driving, Not only Rash Driving but also These Autorickshaws dont have any proper documents at all, Inspite of this the Traffic Police is not fining even a Single Such Autorickshaws
