We have opted for hosting reseller ship from this company and now all of a sudden they have suspended our account and all other our clients websites and now not providing us the access and now asking for $50 for un-suspension.
As they provide 24*7*365 support (as per there policy) now they are not responding to any of the replies...
Also the support team seems to be set of few idiots who all doesn't even know how to respond is proper english, when it comes to technical IQ of there support team (the one who replies on email) its ZERO.
Overline India is a big time fraud, few months back there servers were down for days... so instead of sending an aplogy they stated that they coming up with a offer to buy Windows Hosting for cheap... Once we took the resellership after paying a lot for it after few months they mailed all there windows reseller clients that they are shutting there servers so the money would be refunded... on claming the refund the company states that one has to go for domain resellership and they want be giving refund...
There policy page keeps editing every day, and then they try to fool with the customer...
while opting for there service they said you can send upto 500 mails after few days they mailed us that limit is 60 and also edited there policy page...
guys its our personal opinion to you do not go for such fraud companies...
