Courier not recived

A book of pc quest through Courier from cybermedia and email was sent that the book has been sent from the sender. No one from Courier service came to my house to ask neither a phone call was recived from the Courier service while the phone number provied has correct. But the book has been returned back twice saying 'No person of that name found' to the sender. The address and phone number has verified to be correct later through email.
