Overnight Express Courier

Sir myself ajay goenka. i have sent a courier from delhi to vellore. The expected time told was 48 hours, now even after 96 hours the courier has not reached. They gave me the vellore ofice number that is a fake number. The delhi office is not picking up the calls and cutting the calls. The courier has lost or what i dont know.

please help.
