This is jyoti sharma and my Dad booked courior from patna on 4/10/08 for bangalore my courior # is 87814522 .Till date (10/10/08) i havent received my courior.
Overnight service is to deliver within 48 Hrs, and i called more than 20 times to bangalore (22133271-6) Yelahanka as well as Patna (0612-2321362, 2321578) but till date i havent received any confermation that why its so delay.
That courior is really important for me and i want compensation for that courior from Overnight express courior.
I filled the complaint form on overnight website alos but till date no response its really pathatic service.
