Overnite Courier
Undelivered ticket

Dear All

Greetings!!

I am Naveen malhotra and i have booked a I ticket from IRCTC website on 22/09/08. The PNR No. of the ticket is 1405132144. As per IRCTC the tickets have been dispatched via Overnite Couriers on 23 sep 2008 (Awb no.0573352420). Unfortunately i have not received the courier till now. i have already brought this issue to the notice of both the parties i.e, IRCTC and Overnite Couriers. The rude behaviour and unprofessional response and service from overnite employees is the major issue. I would like to cancel this ticket, kindly advise me on the same.
