Not ready to give claim

We have booked a consignment from Overnite courier service on 31st January having AWB No. 45825065 from Aligarh to Lucknow

On tuesday 3rd Feb this consignment was delivered to Lucknow, during the delivery the Box was found badly tampered and the seal of our Aligarh Service Centre and Overnite Seal was also found broken.

When we have called Mr. Manvinder at local overnite office, lucknow, he told us to check the parcel from inside and we found that the materialv (Scanner) inside the box was also found damage.

Then we mailed to overnite customer care and they told us to submit the claim at Aligarh Branch.

We have submitted the claim on letter head with the copy of AWB 45825065 to Overnite Aligarh Branch on 21st of Feb. But Since then we have not received the claim it's going to be one month.

Whenever we call overnite for claim they said that it will be processed by next week and when on today we called to Mr. M.M. Niazi at local Aligarh Overnite Branch, first of all he talked very rudely and used wrong words and also told that " bar bar phone mat karo claim aane mein 2-3 month ka samay lagta hai". It seem as if he abuse us.

Is that the way of talking to valuable customers. secondly they are clearly saying that claim will be received to you in two or three months.

Kindly give some solution.
