Dear sir,

i was expecting a courier having docket no 514280358 dt 17.07.09 frm icici bank which had a very imp doucment but when after 10 days i dint got hte courier i enquired to there office and to my shock they said that they had delivered the coureir to mr jai but i told that my name is only jai i dint got any courier i demanded to show me the singh on pod .after many follow up after third day they showed me the pod and it is not my singh i think there persone has noe delivered the courier and had singed by mimself .there office staff is not at all coopreating with me.

pls help me in the matter so that i can get my courier.
