Undelivery of consignment

Hi,

This is Arijit dey Majumdar, this is in referrence to aconsignment which I am supposed to receive on 10th of March, as it was dispatched from Civil Lines, Allahabad on Saturday 7th of March, as i checked the status on 10th March it states that it reached Pune, but was not out for delivery..Today It is tuesday 18th March, I still did not receive my consignment which was very important for me as it was deadline oriented document. Whenni Checked the satus today It states that consignment is out for delivery 0n 14th March ..Iam attaching the screen shots for your refference.

When I called Pune office, i was only given numbers to call other person, even though I called I was only given a new number to call somebody else every time I called, but couldnt get any solution..at aroun 10:30 am in the morning nobody reached office to assist me..

This is kind of serviceI received from such an esteemed courier service as yours..

Kindly see to this matter and revert me ASAP.
