Sir, My brother-in-law from Dimapur (Nagaland) has sented a courier through above mentioned courier service of following details:-

When I rang to thier Jabalpur head branch office on 01/12 at 11:00 am, they replied that we will not deliver you your the courier on the mentioned destination as they replied that your area is beyond of our service area, but didn't informed my brother-in-law about all this rules at booking time. Sir, they also conversed with me in very rough manner.

Early action is requested. Please.
