I sent a letter (Consignment No. 20090802) dtd 8.7.2008 to an UK address (ACRO, PO Box 481, Fareham, Hampshire, UK), containing important documents.
I have confirmed from the consignor in UK that my letter is not yet delivered, after 30 days.
On asking the customer care of the Courier Co., I am told that it is lying in UK undelivered. They have not cared to inform me on their own although my mobile no. is with them. I am told that I may have to pay 15 pounds for the delivery ; details not explained as to why more money has to be paid, and why it is taking so much time.
