Train tickets not received

Dear Sit,

I have booked my train tickets on 06-Aug-08 and 07-Aug-08

with PNR numbers 4265478727, 4365544408.

When I checked with IRCTS they told they delivered it is already 6 days is over but still I have not received the tickets.

I could not contact any customer support numbers to contact them those numbers are given in their web site.
