Overnite Express courier
Non receipt of document

I was expecting my document from kotak banh, mumbai.on 16-may-09 i found slip showing that courier came on 15-05-09 from overnite express but my house was locked.

i called them on 16th and told them to deliever. also i called them on 17th to deliver the same.

but they did not tuned up.

again i called them on 18th to request for delivery.but on 19th i received message that it has gone back as house was locked on 18th. the truth is that nobody came on 18th and they just show the wrong reason and sent my document undelivered.
