Misuse of my courie

Dear sir,

im Tanuj goel from jammu. I didn't receive my courier from your branch. in the courier there was a demand draft of Rs 5 lac someone has opened that envelope and they didn't deliver my envelope and they made receive signature on the delivery copy. when i asked them where is my courier they told me we have already delivered ur courier at the end i found my envelope from the home of delivery boy.

kindly take the serious action against them this the serious matter, other wise i will do something against your company.
