Non delivery of lette

I had sent two important document to my daughter to Bangalore on the 7'th ansd 8'th of this month but till date she has not received it . the documents were to be delivered very urgently that is why I sent itby courier but to my dismay such reputed companies are priving to be irresponsible. The consignment Nos are 9542745 &9543223 .
