Due to some rules, government asked the Mohanraj, MD of the company to payback the capital fund to the customers. Company is doing this now. But some of the associates are getting in between and not properly giving the money. For the customers who haven't received the cheques, company asked to show the SMS they sent to them and collect the money. That is not happening. Many frauds are happening, some of the sales associates who have to be more responsilble for their clients are hidden somewhere. they are not reachable, their mobiles are swithced off.
