Dear sir/Madam,
We have requested for new Airtel Broadband connection for our facility and A per son by name Mr. Siva Kumar, FSO has taken cheque of amount Rs.1600/- Vide Cehque no:157945 Dt. 14 Oct. Bharathi Airtel Services Ltd has enchashed our cheque and so far they have not given any kind of new connection/services to us. We have called several times and there was response always saying soon we will be returning your amount. Two complaints on this:
1. First of all they are not supposed to encash our cheque without providing any services
2. They are responding to us for status of new connection/return of money.
Appreciate your immediate action on this please.
