The services provided by them were of very very poor quality, and also their supervisor, Mr. Surender, was very rude in his behaviour. I am giving below the list of complaints against them :
(1) The packing material brought by them was so insufficient that they used our old cartons and even our paper carry bags to pack goods.
(2) They have lost one of our furniture item. A large-sized wooden coat stand, made of teak wood, is missing. At first, the supervisor refused to even accept that there was any such item. Then, he changed his statement and said that if his workers have forgotten to load any item on to the truck, it is not his responsibility.
(3) The supervisor did not mark and number the cartons.
(4) There are scratches found on one bed.
(5) There is a dent on the fridge, clearly visible.
(6) One side of the cooler is broken.
(7) Walker used by disabled people was totally twisted.
(8) One mattress was brought unpacked.
(9) Food items were brought in a dustbin and when I pointed it to the supervisor, he said 'so what'.
(10) Phenyl, baygon spray, kerosene oil were packed in the same carton along with edible oil, spices and pulses. Again, when I pointed it out to the supervisor, his response was 'so what'.
(11) Mirror was packed with our carry bags. No bubble wrap was used.
(12) One carton containing crockery and cutlery is missing.
After unloading the goods on second day, their supervisor, Mr. Surender, gave me the bill book for signature and when I started to write all my complaints on it, he snatched it away from my hand and started shouting at me. He then gave me another bill, whose copy I am attaching with my complaint.
Mr. Surender promised that he will bring a carpentar and an electrician to fix the cooler problem on 29th morning, at 10.00 am, but no one turned up. When I called to follow up, he started shouting and screaming at me, on the phone.
One more thing that we have noticed is that the cartons used by them do not bear their company's name, but are bought from either a scrap dealer or from somewhere else as they have the label of 'Lakhani Footwear Ltd.' on them, along with Factory code numbers.
Also, there is no senior person available in their office who could help us or even listen to our problems.
This company seems to be a fraud. I am not the only individual who has faced problems with them. If you check the below site, you will see that there are many dissatisfied and irate customers :

We are really very very upset and sincerely hope that serious and severe action is taken against them and their name is taken off your website - and that they are blacklisted - and that their office is closed permanently, so that no one else goes through this harassment again.
