My daughter recently Joined BE in Vellammal Institute of Technology and applied for Educational loan through SBI Porur Chennai Branch due to my company salary payable account in that branch. My application No. 2017. My daughter Name: B.Mahalakhmi. My application was rejected due to Credit card value of Rs. 2, 00, 000 (approx) which is not paid and the same was closed as per credit Advisory as per SBI Porur oral statement. Please note that I don't have any credit card value of Rs. 2 lacs in my life. Previously I am having Credit card of SBI, Citi Bank, ICICI (5 years back) and the same has closed and I am having settlement letter from everybody.
My Personnel details:
At present I am working in M/S. AGNICE FIRE PROTECTION LIMITED, ALAPAKKAM PORUR, CHENNAI AS MANAGER - STORES & LOGISTICS . I am working in this concern since 1999 . Now I am getting salary of Rs. 23, 000 after deduction. Now I don't have any Credit card and I was closed all the credit card. I taken home loan from ICICI for the value of Rs.2 lacs for construction of building at Pursaiwakam (I am having land area of 680 sq.ft. and Building area 1360 sq.ft at purasaiwalkam). Total investment in that building was Rs. 8.5 lacs in 2002. I am getting rent of Rs.6000 from that property and the same has paid for my ICICI home loan.
Now I am staying with my parents at Sara Nagar Pallavaram, chennai. I am Eldest son. I have to take care my parents. My father retired Adminstrative officer Chennai Port Trust.
I am having one daughter and one son. My daughter joined in BE (ECE) through merit (counseling of Anna University) in VIT Ponneri. My son studying 11th std in Holy Family convent Metriculation school at Keelkattali. My wife working in PVt firm and she is getting Rs.10000 as salary per Month.
So I should know wheather I will get Educational loan for my daughter or not. Now the banks are willing to pay the loan for non repayable people only. Who are realy interested to repay the loan will get the loan from banks.
