Poor quality of shoes

I have purchased shoes from this shop at dadar. within two days of use the leather of the shoe tore being of a poor quality. when returned to the owner, it was repaired and was sent to me after 10days time. again it was of a poor quailty and was torn in two days, when complained to the dealer he is not responding and finally i was at a loss.
