No INET for regular times

I am user of BROADBAND under number 01812672784.

For the last long time my broadband is not functioning properly.

It gives me regular problems of disconnection in between.

Some one told me that There should be a jointless wire from DP to the Modem. But in my case there are so many joints in the connection wire.

I may tell you that I am leading a NGO named PAHAL that is working emergencies and disasters also.

Please do the needful.
