Not received voter id card of my whole family

Dear Sir,

i am resident of agra, i have submitted all my documents to your representative long time ago in National Model Hr. Secondary School Mau Road, Agra of my whole family some time ago i check my name in list i found it in list but i have not received the Voter Id Cards. so i am requested to you to provide me the voter id cards.
