Today on 05.08.2009 I went to the bank's above mentioned branch to open a new account at 12 noon. I was asked by the field officer to come after 2 pm as the branch manager is not there and he doesn't have the power to open an account. I called the telephone number of the manager (9777831921) but there was no response to the call. I again visited the branch after 2 pm. I was again harassed and behaved as a beggar on the door step and was being told that he has completed today's work & he is not going to do any more work today. You come after a week on next Tuesday i.e on 11.08.09. Only after that day we will open your account else not. Now I am in a confusion where to keep my money. The bank is infront of my home. I am a regular user of the branch's account. I am an active customer not the one who visits the bank once in a year. Still the staff treated me
