I am one of the Customer of the Tata Indicaon holding the Instrument along with the connection since 31st July and since then i am facing lots of problems with the Installment period and also with the service of bills. I had obtained the connection basing on the version of the executive Mr. Raghavendra who said that the Pantech Slider Instrument is on Installment basis without any interest as such the total amount of the Instrument is Rs. 4, 000/- and i have to pay Rs. 2, 000/- in 10 (Ten) months as such i have obtained the connection, but to the utter surpirse iwhen i received the Invoice i hasd seen that the Installment period is 15 months instead of 10 months as such i have questioned the same to the executive and he promised that the same will be enquired with the office and will be rectified very soon, but the same was not done so. On 18-8 i gave a written complaint to the office of the Tata Indicom People and they registered my complaint and said that the matter will resolved and it will take some time, but nothing was done so and thereafter i gave various complaints to the TATA office and only give the vague promises but did not resolved the matter. Recently i have again gave the complaint as i have already paid the 10 months installment and afain the bill is inclusive of the Instalment amount but the complaint was registered on two ocassions i.e. to say on 30-8 & 11-9 but the same is not resolved till date as such the outgoing facility is brred and also i am unable to sent any lessage instead of i have 3000 messages free. This is the kind of facility and services the Tata is providing as such they have to be punished and shall be made liable to all the customers who faced problems as of this kind and also others.
This is last and final go for the Tata as i am an Advocate i will be approaching the appropriate forum for compensation as i had been harassed mentally and physically by the TATA for caliming the Compensation and damages, if the matter is not resolved.
