Subject:- Booking for refill with customer No. PGS-3376.

Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that I have Gas connection with your good respected company with the Branch Paramveer Gas Service, SCF-95, Rose Garden Market, Bathinda. I want to bring into your notice regarding the services of this branch. I have two gas cylinders, out of which one has been refilled on 12.01.2008. Now I have second empty cylinder. To refill this second cylinder, I had gone to your branch to book the same but they refused to book it with the remarks to come after 21 days, which is not according to rules, issued by the Govt.

It is therefore, requested to look into the matter personally and necessary directions may be issued to the concerned to book/refill the cylinder according to the rules and not to harass the customers
