We had booked a parcel through Madhur courier, Khetrajpur, Sambalpur on dt. 02.05.08 vide receipt no - 31031242 to be delivered at Mayank Gupta, H - 1510, Sector - 17, HUDA, Jagadhri, Hariyana - 135003 Ph No - 01732 - 261555.Though 15days have been passed the parcel could not be delivered to the addersee. We have a sum of Rs. 320/- towards the booking charges.

you are therefore requested to enquire into the matter a deliverd the parcel to the adder see at the earliest under intimation to the compliant.
