I did not receive the UK National Lottery winning cheque and documents package up till now. I have paid the courier fees 360.0 GBP (Rs. 32, 730.00 INR) for Regular Delivery Service (4 days) on 12thSept'08 to Parcel Flight Courier Service, Floats Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Manchester, M23 9Y, England, UK.

Now after paying courier fees, Mr. Maxwell Audley is asking me to pay 2, 000.00 GBP for
UK Inland Revenue tax & Anti-terrorism Clearance Certificate. Then Indian customs fees.
Before paying courier fees Mr. Maxwell Audley didn't inform me that I have to pay all above mentioned taxes also, otherwise I would not have paid the courier fees.
Please advise me, how to claim my winning parcel or get back my money.
The consumer should have right atleast to claim the money back.
