Delay of parcel

Hi sir,

Globexcourier company (u.k) has sent one parcel but i wnt get in my hand till now also, they told me its in mumbai now, i choose shipment option as premium cost of delivery and paid parcel charges & custom fees .what i want to do now..sir i lose my amount or what? please reply immediately
