I, Mr Mayur Makwana having airtel prepaid connection no 97247 20960, while I am try to call for any enquiry to your call centre, caLL recieved by your call centre but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect.

Plls give me the answer urgent.
