Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a flat from Mr. Timma Reddy (Parimala Winsome Apartment, Kundalahalli gate, Marathali, Bangalore-560037). In the information brochure, it was told that there will be swimming pool in the apartment and it was charged from me, but it was not made. Also I was told that he would provide the entire interior inside the flat, which was not provided at all. I paid 10 lakh more than what other flat owners paid. Whenever I tried to contact him, Initially he promised to solve the matter but after some time he told he can't do anything now and refused to solve the matter. If needed I can produce the relevant documents. Please help me to solve the matter.
