State Bank of India - really not working for customers

Dear sir, my company has account with state bank of India saligramam branch code: 6850, for more than 15 Yrs, if we had banking with any other bank for this period we might have been grown much better. The problem is because of the staffs working, they never work for the salary paid for them. The outstation cheques deposited for collection will take atleast 30 working days to clear, even if it is state bank cheque.

Please take or tell some solution for this.
