Here i bring into the notice of every visitors of this site the irresponsibility shown by Parle Company.
I had bought a Parle-G biscuit 800gms pack in which in one of the biscuit i found an insect baked along with the biscuit. I immediately called the customer care number printed on the pack, but even after calling that number many times i was unable to connect to customer care, fed up of which i mailed them regarding the issue, even in that case i got a reply for the second mail i had sent .they took my address and came there with other packet of parle biscuit and to take that infected biscuit, but i didn't trust them and so i didn't hand over the biscuit to them. Then i tried to call the senior incharge of parle but all in vein.
i have till preserve nowd the biscuit in an air tight container. Could anyone guide me how and in what ways can i take the action against the company.
