Parswnath developers
No construction at site

Dear Sir,

I booked a flat T 7/5 at " Pratibha" Moradabad, promoters M/s Parsavnath Developers, I paid 95 % of flat cost through finance from SBI, They promised to hadover the flat in dec but there is no construction at site since last 1 year, I am worried that I am paying my EMI to the bank and the builder is not serious for the construction, plz do need full to rectify my problem
