BOOKING PROBLEM - DO NOT PICK THE PHONE

I AM A RESIDENT OF BURARI / DELHI AND GAS AGENCY COMES UNDER IN THIS AREA IS M/s PARUL GAS SERVICE.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY NEVER PICK THEIR TELEPHONE WHEN WE TRY TO BOOK THE GAS CYLENDER BY PHONE AND COMPELLED PEOPLE TO COME AND BOOK THE BY QUEUE WHICH TAKES MUCH MORE TIME. EVEN AFTER THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT MADE LESS THAN 15 DAYS. THE DELIVERY MEN TAKES OUT THE GAS FROM FROM A FULL CYLENDER AND DELIVER AROUND 3-4 KGS LESS ON EACH CYLENDER. THERE IS ALSO GOING BLACK MARKEING IN HEAVY COST IN HUGE QUANTITY AND DO NOT DELIVER THE CYLENDERS TO RIGHT RECEIPIENT.

IT SEEMS THERE IS BIG GANG BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND DELIVERY MEN WITH HELP OF OTHER UNSOCIAL PEOPLE TO DELIVERY LESS GAS ON CYELNDER AND THEN SELL THEM BLACK.
