Deduction of amount of my prepaid connection without any information

Without my consult deduct the amount of my prepaid mobile connection, and also without any information select helo tunes and deduct rs.180 in my prepaid connection. This can happen 3 times i also inform on 121 on air tel help center and complaint many times but there is no any result .my e mail id is [email protected]
