Formalities completed passport not yet received

I am a resident of Jabalpur (M.P.) had applied for passport via postal application on 22/4 all the verificaton work was completed by july and i have not yet received the passport. I would also like to mention that in case of the postal applications no reference no. etc was issued all i have is a copy of the demand draft what shud i do??
